This wine is identical to our 750ml Long Rail Gully Shiraz, just in a smaller package. It is a rich elegant and complex wine, packed with spice, red fruits and plum. The Shiraz is more than drinkable now and will develop well with age.

The Shiraz was fermented in open fermenters with careful cap management after a pre-fermentation cold soak. A portion of the wine was put through a long post ferment maceration creating great colour and complexity.

The wine was barrel aged for one year in a mixture of different French oak barrels (30% new).
