The SSC is a dessert wine made from hand picked Shiraz grapes carefully stacked, dried and Shrivelled in Crates. The fruit was then delicately whole bunch pressed and fermented to produce a succulent sweet wine perfect for any dessert or just as an aperitif on its own.
